I've been eating good of that streaming thing. It's a little faulty at times but hell, it's free.

I've seen mostly old shows. AJW with Aja Kong and Bull Nakano going bananas all over Korakuen, some NJ Super Jr. gig with PAC and Devitt still there, and Daisuke Sekimoto and Shuji Kondo in a very stiff match

As usual with puro related stuff, I'm not expecting this to last, but we'll see.

Tenryu Project: Revolution FINAL

Got around to watching the Tenryu retirement show. Boy, Okada/Tenryu is about as depressing as pro wrestling gets. Seeing a Tenryu who was almost falling over just throwing slow motion chops and looked in absolute agony taking bumps was not a fun experience. Nor was Fujiwara and Takayama trying to get more brain damage.

On the plus side, it did introduce me to a lot of people I had never heard of that I'd like to look into, and I definitely want to see a Suwama/Fujita match immediately.

NJ did a good job rebounding after the talent loss with some fresh matches, feuds and giving the right guy the strap. I expect Bullet Club eventually splitting with Yujiro joining Naito and some sort of samoan/tongen stable with Bad Luck and the rest.

Gedo's done a fine job reshuffling the roster he already had but I still think he needs to book more outsiders or bring back Suzuki-Gun soon, specially for the G-1. They are still lacking a compelling angle/feud imo.

Been slowly making my way through Invasion Attack. Thoughts so far:

Naito vs. Okada -- LOVED LOVED LOVED this match, from the opening bell all the way through the post match ruckus. Brilliant story told, the best I have seen this year outside of Okada vs. Tanahashi at Wrestle Kingdom. Naito's selling in this match was an A+, best in the world material. There was a fair amount of WWE style theatrics and interference but I thought it blended very well with the traditional action and the crowd was receptive to it. 4 1/2 stars

Ospreay vs. Kushida -- Insane action from Ospreay, but after watching Ospreay vs. Ricochet from a few weeks ago I see that he was mainly in "this is me, welcome me to NJPW" mode. This match took a gigantic shyt all over the Ricochet one though, mainly because of the working of the arm which built up the entire match to the one spot of Ospreay doing a no-handed springboard. Wow! I don't think I liked it more than the main event, but still it was sick.

Your right about kusihda match . I think ricochet is a great wrestler and I'll probably get hate for this but he can use a stay in nxt to be a complete wrestler . He's great in pulling off moves but has a lot of stuff he can learn

Finally got a chance to watch Okada vs Naito. Great match and Naito sold his ass off. Los Ingobernables is a dope stable and I hope they let Naito cook with the title. They really did an excellent job of rebuilding after losing Naka, AJ, Gallows and Anderson. Omega stepped up, Naito stepped up and fresh feuds are on deck.
