Buisness picking up :whew:

Can we just dissolve NOAH now and save ourselves some time?

Still can believe Bono-Chan is such a huge draw in 2013. Yall remember that other sumo dude Mutoh was high on? I think his name was Arashi or something. What happened to him?

Caught with weed and got sentenced to 3 years in 2006. He's essentially blackballed from major promotions due to the stigma against weed in Japan, but he's been doing work with Dradition the last time I checked.

8. GHC Heavyweight Title: KENTA besiegt Takeshi Morishima (c) (21:42) mit dem Game Over - Titelwechsel.

Shibata/KENTA had one of the GOAT short term tag teams :wow: Nice of NJPW to throw some money NOAH's way :heh:

Well, that should inject at least a bit of life into the promotion.

KENTA vs. Shibata for the GHC title is a match I'd like to see somewhere down the line.

:whoo:

While the question of why KENTA didn't win the belt in 2011 is still a pertinent one (yes, even knowing that he tore his ACL again a few months after the title shot), it's about fukking time they made the switch.

And if Laughter7 is over, the world needs a revival of that KENTA/Shibata tag team.

Wasn't high on KENTA getting the belt (it's kinda irrelevant though) but damn, if Shibata/Laughter 7 invade...that could be the spark NOAH desperately needs.

They should do an angle at Kobashi's retirement show and start from there. Hell, they could have a major show at the end of the year (go back to the big December Budokan Hall event tradition) with Burning returning trying to "take back" their promotion against KENTA/Shibata.

Why not?

And while the idea is good, a BURNING return would require relations between the members and NOAH management to be mended pretty damn quickly.

:shaq2: at NOAH running the Budokan in their state though.

KENTA does nothing for me nowadays unless he's in a sprint against someone he can truly hate. Watching him in 30 minute "epic" NOAH title matches is not something I'm looking forward to see.

I don't think the relationship between Burning and NOAH is bad enough that they wouldn't go back in December. Puro guys always make amends when it's good for business.

I say Budokan assuming they ran a good angle at Kobashi's show and Shibata/KENTA is hot enough for a successful feud with Burning. I know that everything has to go perfectly for them to go back to that building.
