The company doesn't have a lot of money. There's no gaijin to rely upon and a lot of young wrestler than can/need to get pushed as much bigger deals than they have been so far.

After years of stagnation, Okada shows life as a performer with that mini feud with Kiyomiya and New Japan does jack shyt about it when they have a whole crop of guys that are more promising than Kaito AND they are homegrown
