Nah, I think we need to dead this idea that the military doesn't hold kats accountable for sexual assault.

We have an entire program at EVERY command (SAPR) that is dedicated to its prevention, and kats get the book thrown at them for rape. Even an accusation is enough to get someone either hemmed up (at worst) or sent back stateside (at best).

Of course, kats in Okinawa could be on perpetual lock down, but the businesses owners there would likely get up in arms. Losing 30,000 paying customers overnight is rough for any business.
