i did , but its about 50/50. If you get caught, you're getting demoted and sent back home or kicked out. nobody wants to get sent back for some shyt like that.

that shyt only applied to deployed locations tho, when you're stationed overseas those rules are not in place. you're pretty much guaranteed to get a willing partner if you not on some extreme weird shyt

Anyways, statistically speaking, only 4 servicemen raping a civilian out of 30,000 military personnel isn't high at all, and is likely a lot lower of a percentage than it is stateside.
