She is but that's unrelated to her being non-binary.

One is sexuality (what you are sexually attracted to) the other is her personal gender identity. She chooses not to identify herself by any gender but as nonbinary. Which is simpler than folks make it seem. It means one is on a spectrum of masculine and feminine as opposed to being considered all masculine/all feminine and none of the other.
