First tweet - Him referring to keeping the Suicide Squad characters around, Peacemaker etc. And probably keep Margot as Harley.
Lobo/Mamoa - I see no issue here. Jason playing Lobo has nothing to do with Aquaman, in fact it proves that him as Aquaman is dead in the new DCU.

He bascially saying his DCU doesnt start til Creature Commando drops. shyt like Peacemaker will still follow the beat/plot from Season 1. Harley may follow shyt from previous movies, but they will act like it is a fresh start.
