while I do think it’s beneath Gunn to mingle with these clickbait sites, I’m also kind of glad he does. Call out the bullshyt when it’s bullshyt and don’t get the fans hopes up. It amazes me how many sites and shows will go for the false rumors but at the end of the day it’s all about the hits whether it’s true or false. I remember Jon Campea getting all excited because there was a rumor that Doom was going to be in Black Panther 2: Woke-anda 4ever. That’s just an example of one false rumor going all over the place.

EDIT - Gunn should also be careful about who he responds too in the future, because I’m sure a lot of sites will report false news in hopes that James Gunn will respond to them.
