I find it amazing that Lana Dunham escaped nearly unscathed after admitting to molesting her seven year old sister and laughing about it. But, those were different times I suppose.

They’re defending him on the basis of believing he’s not a pedo but just a guy who wanted to make shock value jokes back in the day. I get that completely. And that’s who he was for a while; mr shock value. Make tasteless jokes about any and everything to gross people out. And I know that’s where most of his defenders are coming from. Not saying it’s right or wrong but that’s their position and they know the man so I’m not going to speak on what he did or didn’t do. But I will say shock value doesn’t hold up over time and you can get penalized for it.
