Therefore I chose to speak and reply to a SPECIFIC comment from the standpoint of a Jamaican. Our customer service is terrible and we are rude to everyone. When you are accustomed to people being rude to you for no reason other than your skin colour because of wide spread racism, it is very easy to take offence when someone is being rude to you; it is a human trait. It is not personal to you they are rude to everyone. I feel like you’re being intentionally obtuse. The irony isn’t lost on me.
