Watched this on Saturday. Jake killed it. I don't know how he/this movie wasn't nominated for an Oscar. I was rooting for his downfall and it never came

I saw this last week. Lou blackmailed the female to sleep with him dat challenger chase Lou is a sociopathic scumbag but he won in the end. Won the prize money for the cops, the footage money, and got his own company started, I could've sworn that black cop was gonna bust him in the end he basically lied to her face and obstructed the investigation. I was like

Just seen it. Jake Gyllenhaal the gawd does it again
That scene where him and Rick were in the car together negotiating was intense.
Dude was straight ruthless
The film should have received more plaudits.

I had no problem with the ending like most but If they ended at this scene or when he was staring at the camera that would've been sick.

Very good movie. Been a while since I saw a movie of such high quality. Cali scenery at night was amazing.

Shorty was bad as hell and she's 60+. Crazy how she got turned on by him though

Just watched it on Netflix. I heard something about it, but didn't hear that much buzz.
Jake is a really good actor. You go from wanting him to achieve some success to just just hating his guts. He's an go-getter, but then you see he's a manipulative psychopath.
