They tell you that all these skinny, great condition people got high blood pressure or high cholesterol genetically...but they don't say how many die from it.

I hit 10 minutes on the elliptical to finish off the workout once I'm done strength training.Real talk, How do you go to gym constantly and not have cardio incorporated even somewhat. Something like 10 min pre or post would do wonders.
