Drake standing there like
“ I don’t even give myself hits”

I remember this time period. Cole was pressed for a hit. I honestly don’t see how “work out” clicked. I thought that shyt was corny.
So then JAY walks in and he sees all of us together. He goes “yo!” and he looks at Drake and he says “yo, give the boy one”, points at Cole like basically ‘give him a hit’. We’re all like ‘what?’
What’s crazy is the one song that was a bop off FNL came off effortless yet he was struggling to come with a hit.Really bad record
I know this. I had the OG version. Way before FNL dropped. That song was old as hell never would he a hit. Song had been out like 2 years before Drake got on it. Was a random throwaway that Drake just added a verse to, to say they had a record.

I never understood how he was able to come with the different variables and conflictions on this with reliability that most people feel when they get some bread yet Workout and Who Dat was so forced.
nikka!!!!!! Smh me and my brother always found it weird that he was at him in that verseThe whole second verse of rich nikkaz was all about Jay. U could tell there was tension.
That's New York níggas in general.Jay loves indirectly shytting on somebody in front of other people
That’s crazy, because J Cole actually said in the podcast that when Jay Z told him he need help to make a song with the best writers and producers, he told Jay with watery eyes,”Nah, no I don’t”.I can imagine Cole standing there like 'haha, you a fool hov'
