You can't have it both ways...either sinners can be redeemed or they cant...which is it??

That quote is about stoning somebody to death for breaking GOD's laws. It's saying we should be trying to convince people to not sin. They didn't want to do that, they just wanted to play executioner. We are in the business of saving souls and telling people to stop sinning so they can enter the kingdom of heaven.
We have all sinned, but that don't mean we should keep sinning. Paul touched on that
Romans 6:1-2
What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound? God forbid. How shall we, that are dead to sin, live any longer therein?
Romans 6:15
What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.
Paul is saying just because you were born into a world full of sin, should we just say "fukk it" and keep sinning? Hell naw. Once again you don't understand these scriptures because you are reading all these dos and donts in the bible but you aint doing it. So the Lord blind you mentally and none of this is making sense.
2 Corinthians 4:4
In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them.
