I was young in middle school so Rap Basement and HipHopDX and LimeWire were my go tos. When the blog era really kicked off I was on the other sites. Got into DatPiff 09-10 freshmen year of high school and the rest was history

Even MTV Jams had blog era gems. Discovered Joey Bada$$ and Curren$y from that channel. I saw the MV for Children Of The World by KRIT in 2010 on there and now hes my favorite rapper. Felt like a young A&R. What a time
:wow:
yea MTV Jams used to show alot of the Creative Control directed videos(Spitta, Krit, DZA, Joey, etc) that were being put out at that time

Blog era might be the last time I generally had fun with hip hop. Brings me back to college, nostalgia overload listening to this :banderas:

Saw them also s/o John Gotty from The Smoking Section where I was a regular at. Big ups to them for that :salute:

Ep 5 was pretty insightful

Yeah I had no idea either. It was cool that they took the heat. They clearly love the culture and I think it's dope them and Dallas Penn became cool.
