I don't eat bread(not a fan) but this thread is hilarious. Why completely remove something from your diet that you enjoy? You are not a pro bodybuilder so why are you going to these extremes?

Same goes for McDonald's. It's been 10 years, and to this day the mere thought of eating any of their food turns me off.

I don’t count calories anymore I just eat intuitively and try to limit my foods to a level of quality. Food is about the hormones and instructions it gives your body not calories. Much modern bread is ultra processed and toxic to the body.

This is exactly what i say in youtube comments on videos that are titled "Cut these 5 foods from your diet to lose belly fat fast!!!"Or just eat normally and adjust your caloric expenditure accordingly.

I don't get why it's so hard to understand that the concept of a calorie that exist in the public conscious is deception by the food industry. A calorie as a unit of measure itself isn't false but you can look people in the eye and deceive them using the truth. In fact the best lies are built using the truth. This is because the truth is undisputable. It's absolute. You even see it here. I say the a calorie is a lie and by that I mean the concept of a calorie and people are so into the calorie as a unit of measure they miss the point of my statement even though they know there's validity to what I'm saying.Calories are lie
Or you could be sensible and say that calories are a unit of measure but overall health is better achieved on the following principles……..Been eating 1 sandwich a week with Keto bread from Aldi. It has no added sugar in it so it's at least somewhat decent.
