That Ice Spice song is terrible, but to answer the general question, I’ll say yes only cause the women are actually rapping instead of wailing and crying over the same down tempo depressing trap beats.

Also, Lil Uzi isn’t gen Z, he just acts like he’s gen Z. Uzi is a 29 year old cosplaying a 23 year old. Playboi Carti is at the tail end of gen Z as well but he’s also cosplaying a 20 year old.

But a lot of these current women are most definitely rapping better than NBA Youngboy, Lil Pump, Yeat, etc but that’s not saying much.

I guess this is a fair point when you look at the most popular "gen z" male artists.

Nicki (born in 82), Megan (born in 95) and Cardi (born in 92, supposedly) are not gen z themselves though, they are all millenials. Idk about their fans. If you compare those 3 to male artists born between 82 and 92, they're not exactly rapping better. And when Ice Spice, GloRilla and Latto (all born between 98 and 2000) are an example of someone rapping better than someone else, the bar has to be really low.

So all in all, the real truth is that anyone born after 95 or 96 is garbage, male or female
