To work on my core more. My weight is good at 175 but if I can burn a few extra pounds of stomach fat, I'll be happy. Work on my lower back and abs. Also keep working on my chest, not to bench more, but to develop it more. I'm not bird chested our nothing like that but I could improve on that. My legs are good and don't need much improvement. Think my core is my main need tho. Also want to try to eat healthier or just not eat ad much junk. I had stopped drinking the Arizona teas at work the beginning of last year and started again. Do I want to see if I cut down on that and other junk food that I've been cutting down on to minimize useless calories.
