To work on my core more. My weight is good at 175 but if I can burn a few extra pounds of stomach fat, I'll be happy. Work on my lower back and abs. Also keep working on my chest, not to bench more, but to develop it more. I'm not bird chested our nothing like that but I could improve on that. My legs are good and don't need much improvement. Think my core is my main need tho. Also want to try to eat healthier or just not eat ad much junk. I had stopped drinking the Arizona teas at work the beginning of last year and started again. Do I want to see if I cut down on that and other junk food that I've been cutting down on to minimize useless calories.

I don't give a fukk about numbers. benching damn near double my body weight in the big three already I could care less about that meat measuring stat. I'm going pure aesthetics this year. by summer I'm trying to look like a greek god.

Get 10 pounds while maintaining 10-12% body fat. I'm at 158 now.

Increase my bench by 10 pounds. I'm doing 245 now for 3x5

Increase my weighted pull-ups by 10 pounds. Current weighted pull-ups are at 35 pounds 3x8.

Increase my weighted dips by 20 pounds. Current weighted dips are at 70 pounds 3x12

Run a 7 minute mile. Current cardio is wack as fukk.

Work more on my lower body. I don't squat or deadlift heavy due to my back, but my plan is to find creative ways to replicate heavy squats and deads.

Slow down on drinking beers. Limit drinking to just weekends. This is going to be tough as I drink a lot right now.


Overall I wa happy with my performance in 2014, but I can do better.

I don't know where it's at now, but this year is not ending with my body fat percentage not getting below 10%.

Gaining 20 pounds.

I was at 140 (I'm 6ft) in late november then I idk wtf happened, now I'm stuck at 134-136 on any given day.

Thankfully the chest is still there....and my lil six pack....

Lol just eat bruh...i lose weight easily but gaining it is a bytch...
I'm back at 165 now...my goal is to lose the fat and add more muscle at the same damn time

I'ma start running 4-5miles atleast 3-4 days a week,jump rope heavy,eat more protein and go hard on pushups,dumbells,crunches and some mild lifting

I weigh 200 right now, in a slow bulk...will probably get to around 205 by end of Feb....then cut back to 190 for the summer :whew:

obtain a healthy BP 120/80 range

lose 10 lbs. get down to light heavy weight from cruiser weight area

work up to four- five hour work-outs alternating between lifting, machines, and cardio.

get back to six pack ab territory

get out and run some road races starting with 5k's and in this badboy in april

Im never here to bash people breh, hitting 225 or even 200 is alot more weight than 90% of men will ever hit, you will get there consitency is the key.
I hit 250... with only benching for like six months. This was in 2009. It was monitored too, I even got a t shirt.

Anyway, first off genetics. Second, if u stay constantly activate... I think it increases ur bench naturally.
