Bench my bodyweight and bring up my bis/tris

Do something about the stretchmarks across my right lat. Bulked way too fast the last few months

I want to get rid of all the imbalances from my first year of lifting...

Looking to piece together a good shoulder routine, while also going to the gym a minimum of 5 days a week.

An extra 15-20 pounds added to my frame is next after all that.

Next year goals:

495 on DLs and hopefully the 500s
finally hit 315 on squats
Get over that 225 range on bench (I'd be cool with repping 255, 275 would be incredible)

Besides that just gain some more muscle and definition and maybe get closer to seeing abs if I decide to go on a cut at any point in those 12 months
