Getting back to my peak earlier this year coming back from not hittinh the gym for 3 months of pure cardio and surpassing that peak.:manny:

Man I'm doing some little guy weight lifting in my garage, don't even know if I an doing any right doing push ups and junk chugging water and green tea

But yea, same as last year. Wanna finally hit "300/400/500" and coast. My right hand man lost 50 lbs yet his weight room performance skyrocketed (315x8 bench, pulling mind 5s, squatting mid 4s. Bruh was borderline :flabbynsick: not even 7months ago :whew:).

Trynna get my cardio back to athletic levels. Might join a breh of mine and take up boxing.

Getting lean and working on my conditioning and endurance. A friend of mine did one of those Ironman triathalons earlier this year and it's something that piqued my curiousity and I think I'd like to try it in the future.

12% body fat and by december 2015 14 1/2 inch unflexed arms.
I want to be able to do 5 unassisted handstand pushups per set by march.

All cardio...I want to be able to run a 5k and 10k in good pace and upgrade my boy weight duration. I don't care about physical appearance just endurance and cardio.

Weight goal: get to 180lbs from 207
Lifts:
DL-380 x 5
Squat-345 x 5
bench- 315 x 5

Gaining 20 pounds.

I was at 140 (I'm 6ft) in late november then I idk wtf happened, now I'm stuck at 134-136 on any given day.

Thankfully the chest is still there....and my lil six pack....

Seen a fukking soccer player lunging with 125 pound DB's.... That's my goal for this year lol.
