Westbrook is not gonna take it easy on Rose, so he has to get up for that match-up mask or no mask or get flat out embarrassed. Jimmy has never done a good job at checking Durant, but hopefully that changes on Thursday. We are gonna need an overall team effort to beat the Thunder with solid back court play from Rose and Butler to pull off the win.

pau is better on the floor with rose and jimmy because they need those lanes to score, noah would fair better with a team like golden state who have guys like curry and klay shooting a ton from outside. rose and jimmy need the space.

i dont think the thunder is going to come in and run us out the gym. we will be locked in on that game and we at home. they are also learning a new offensive system, so they not at they best right now either.

I'm honestly not that worried about the Thunder. I feel like we match up well against them and they don't really have a dominant presence down low. IMO, Detroit is a tougher match-up for us than OKC.
With that being said, obviously Durant and Westbrook are a handful for any team, but it's pretty much those two and no one else. I doubt Enes Kanter does much against Jo and Taj and I'm hoping Etwaun is able to contain Waiters. Also, Brooks and DJ are both midgets so they should cancel each-other out.
If Rose has a half decent game we have a good chance of winning. Unfortunately the likelihood of Rose shytting the bed is high so I'm not keeping my hopes up.
