Selfish part of me wants to see Rose try to kill these young and small (in Shabazz's case) point guards. In the past, he would usually get the better of every point guard matchup. Now, he seems to save it for the marquee guys. Pacing is cool, but you can fall into bad habits. I'd rather he play aggressive and get them out of there early than play passive while having to be in games late.

I know he has better teammates now, but they can still all eat.

ROSE CAN GO OUT THERE AND JACK UP 20+ SHOTS ANYTIME HE FEELS LIKE IT...

GETTING THESE YOUNG BULLS READY FOR THE PLAYOFFS
IS THE ONLY WAY WE CAN WIN A TITLE.

WE NEED TO KEEP DOUG, SNELL, NIKO SCORING.

Ready for the playoffs? Rose needs to worrying about fixing his OWN scoring game before he starts getting others ready for something that's six months away.

I'm actually worried that he'll never get back to where he was mentally.
Thing is, I KNOW he can do it. He did it in the playoffs. He did it against the good teams. Maybe he's taking it easy because his eye isn't 100%. Maybe he's trying to be a facilitator early on so that his teammate's get comfortable. All I know is, he's not out to kill every game. I do predict he'll be aggressive in the game against OKC on Thursday.

He was still inconsistent in terms of being aggressive (especially in the Cavs series) - this is taking into account he was getting reacclimated after being out injured and having to deal with sharing possessions with Butler.

I just feel as though there's been too many excuses around his play, that's all. Even though it's only a few games into the season, there always seems to be something that we all have to wait on before he starts playing like it's 2011. The more time goes on, the more unlikely he's going to play like that again. All the best PGs continue to take their games to new heights, and he can't even rekindle his old game.

Let's remember that rose didn't play in the preseason except limited minutes in the last game and is still dealing with the vision issues. Let's wait until he gets in game shape and adjusted to the feel. I like the facilitator role. At least he's impacting the game in some way. It's just sad he is still not getting any calls around the rim

Snell is such a shytty defender

Despite getting cooked against Morris(a bigger wing) and jackson( a bad matchup) opponents are shooting 32% from the field against him and 12% from 3. Outside of the occasional late rotation and silly fouls due to using his hands instead of lateral movement, he's doing well on defense
