Wish I could say I was surprised but this team stays on some dumb shyt.

It's obvious the coaches don't like Manziel, so cut him or trade him already.

Its not that they dont like him. They dont think hes good. Its why the play-calling against the Titans was ridiculously conservative. They want him to sit and watch for now and when they think he's ready they'll start him. That might not be until next year. He has to make significant improvements for him to be even considered to start over lame duck McCown. That's how much they don't trust him.

If they draft a QB early in the draft like Connor Cook or 12Gauge then you know he was just never ready and never will be (in the coach's opinions).

That's what I'm saying, they aren't a fan of his. They didn't want him in the first place so they won't play him now unless they have no other options.

We were up 21-0 in the 2nd half, he had no turnovers, 2 td's and the best QB rating for a Browns QB in almost a decade, but I guess that's not good enough. :smh:

He threw 15 passes, benefited from a punt return for a TD, and was playing a rookie QB who turned it over like 5 times.... and yet the Browns still almost lost the game.

Manziel made two bombs... good for him. But besides that, he was essentially the Manziel of old. Circumstances couldn't have played out any better for him in that Tennessee game and we still almost lost the game.

The coaches don't like Manziel because they know he's not a good QB. What's so shocking here? I knew the Manziel Stimulus Package would take effect this week. Benjamin was far and away the best player on the field for the Browns and here y'all talking about QB rating?

We almost lost the game because the play calling was conservative as fukk and the o-line is still struggling with pass protection.

Benjamin made huge plays Sunday, but that last touchdown was all Manziel. He escaped the pass rush and made a PERFECT throw across his body.

either way I think we win sunday. we'll see how the season plays out. I think we have a strong chance to go 3-3 in the division. I think it's gonna be awhile before we get pushed out of playoff contention. and I'm worried we still won't have an answer on johnny by the time the season ends.

I got us losing but I'm biased, iI still want fukkery:evil:
Oakland is a much better team than people realize, they'll be a perennial playoff threat for the next ten years if they keep building like they have:yeshrug:I wouldn't be shocked if we got blown the fukk out:yeshrug:
I hope Pettine understands how important the next couple games are cause he's hitched his wagon to a bottom 3, 36 year old qb with no future or upside. If we lose this next game it's gonna look real bad:francis:
ESPECIALLY how they've built this team, Manziel is the only exciting thing, aside from Benjamin...and McCown only throws to Hartline:sas2:

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
Manziel is the only exciting thing

I think this is the foundation of why people are hanging on to him. They know it's either going to be a train wreck or him scrambling and throwing 50 yard bombs.

If this particular team is going to win games its going to have to be controlling the clock, running, defense, and not turning the ball over.
