I think he meant "Chocolate Reign" and not "Rain"

For example: "Chocolate Reign" "The prisons make you wonder where it went"

I thought chocalate rain meaning black tears

I took it as black tears first but I think it's definitely a double entendre, there are multiple points at which "reign" makes perfect sense.

But yeah when you break it down. It flashes back to slavery when we grew the economy (GDP) and we had derivatives taken against us for money like a cash crop in corn, tabacoo etc. We weren't human...Just a crop.

I don't think you even have to go back, I think he's saying that's how the Black body is treated and taken advantage of even now.
