To be fair, a shyt ton of dikk riding 50 stans flooded his twitter when he made that tweet about his influence as an artist, so lets not pretend this came out of nowhere. Also, Ja is right about the GRODT point, I've never heard anyone say they were inspired by anything that followed Massacre despite the fact that 50 has been putting out music steadily ever since then.
Think about that for a minute, 50 had the biggest and most hyped release in all of hip hop when GRODT dropped in 03, 2 years later, the boy's career was on a substantial decline. And its not like another nikka came thru and ruined his rep by dissing him like it was for Ja. For 50, a major factor for his decline was his music being sub-par as fukk. The Massacre is literally the definition of mediocre and everything after that is either sub-par or straight up un-listenable.
