Of course not. Nobody knows how Earth came about, and if there's a God, nobody knows how that God came about.

If there's a God, and He is responsible for creating everything in this creation, then the He would not be bound by the laws of this creation because He would exist outside of it. The question of how God came to be is invalid to anyone who understands these things.

Keep in mind, not all God-fearing people are that knowledgeable in regards to what they actually believe.
