i agree with the deadlift.. fukking hate them.. at the end. it feel like i got stabbed in the back....

so i limit it to once a week..

though i train my back twice a week... these WSHH videos had me rethink my training methods lol.. nikka be suplexin nikkas... and if you know a bit about wrestling.. stronger back will usually do the suplexing

42 pull ups in a set.... Make a video of you doing 42 pull ups in a set...

I'd love to see 42 PROPER pulls ups in the row where you chin goes above the bar on contractions and you go ALL THE WAY back down until your arms are fully extended... I'd give you props and swallow my words...

If you're talking about doing 42 quick bullshyt pullups where you aren't even going all the way down or pulling all the way up then :childplease:

nope..tried it in the beginning...realized the whole range of motion is uncomfortable.....stuck with the bench/rows/pull ups/dips and curls.....saw the gains....fukk a squat
