I got my Plex Server down to a science. I have it connected to my unlimited Google Drive. I have two servers one for uploading and downloading, and another that does nothing but be the Plex Server and play stuff. I can remote into them from anywhere through RDP and OpenVPN.

For my family, they are all set up to watch whatever is on my Google Drive with Apple TV's and Infuse. And they let me eat off their accounts. I got Disney Plus, Hulu, Prime Video, HBO Max, Peacock, and Paramount+. I use Anystream and Streamfab to pull shows from them and put them Plex. I mostly use Newsbins to download though.

I've just discovered a trick to pull anything I want off Amazon even if it's not free with Prime Video, but I'm not putting it out there. These vultures will get it shut down.

Disney should have bought Netflix, partnered with Prime, allow Hulu to stay around for competition sake and locked everyone else out of the market. Disney has the clout and power that would have allowed them to bully the other studios into providing fair licensing rates for their shows and the lobbying power to have made starting up competing streaming services a lot harder.

This is a rare situation where competition is actually worse than a duopoly.
