Man, this shyt was trash.
Man, this shyt was trash.
Watched this tonight. Will offer thoughts tomorrow. Gotta say this though...Fukunaga not directing these two films will always be one of the biggest what-ifs in cinematic history. Also can't believe Muschettiran with that bum ass fangirl Reddie theory :scustpennywise:
Lets face it, all Stephen King movies are better as books. They dont translate well to the screen.
Just weak
THIS IS A LIE
CARRIE
THE SHINING
MISERY
PET SEMATARY
CUJO
CHRISTINE
CHILDREN OF THE CORN
CATS EYE
IT
SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION
THE GREEN MILE
ALL CLASSIC FILMS BASED ON STEPHEN KING BOOKS
Ok.. you right. Not all misses for sure
IT series movies is pure trash tho. Ill just say that
Too long of a film, that token shyt should have been cut down...I DISAGREE
THE OG WAS A CLASSIC TELEVISION FILM
AND PART 1 OF THE REMAKE WAS GREAT .. PART 2 WAS KIND OF A LETDOWN, BUT STILL AN ENTERTAINING MOVIE
WHAT U MEAN?
If you're talking about the Fukunaga portion of the comment, I think dude would have portrayed the whole sense of dread surrounding Pennywise so much better. Muschetti went cheap scare/too much CGI throughout the two films. Felt like I was watching Deep Blue Sea again.
NAAH WHATS THAT THEORY U SPEAKIN OF?
Basically a theory that was floating around after Chapter 1 that Richie and Eddie were in love with each other. Had me like up until Chapter 2. Then they actually went with it (albeit halfway) in the movie :scustpennywise:
There were some pause-worthy moments in their friendship in the book, but nothing more than that. Movie took it a step further.
