If you guys doing any of the certs or need to upgrade your old ones, this is a good resource

May do the modern desktop ones, even though I am more infrastructure - a few of my boys said its pretty easy to pass.

Looks good on CV and also when it comes to appraisal time, plus I'm CertWhore lol

If companies really needed the help they'll lower the requirements and train but most of them don't do that. It's all smoke and mirrors

I won't go into a huge rant. There is definitely a lack of qualified people but the problem is with IT in general everyone seems to operate on sink or swim. So you end up with very few individuals capable of performing the jobs properly.
