How long it take you to get your CCNA?
It took about 3 weeks using the TestOut labsim. I pretty much locked myself away for that time, and just endured all of the videos and simulations and moch exams. I scored a 994 out of 1000. TestOut was really hands on, for me I learn better that way.
just checked out the testout site..
Did you buy or get it from other means?
if so hit my pm ..studying for ccna now

I'm in a different part of the world but...got my IS degree in 2003. Was working IT support for 19 months before breaking through as a Business Analyst. I'm focused on mainly getting Project Management certification now. (ITIL, PMBOK already have Prince2 Foundation).
I'd go for it, sounds like a desktop position. Companies always say they want experience, but as somebody has said before if you impress them during the interview you'll have a good chance esp for entry level jobs.
