Started studying for the CISSP last week. Watching videos and reading this book. I finished Domain 1 this morning.

Most I know who made that switch, did it through internal positions. If you are looking to move, get familiar with the niche** you want to move to.Who had some tips on how I can transition from sys admin to security engineer. I have like 4 security related certs most recently the azure security engineer associate.
My problem is my resume is strictly system admin but I want out. I’m willing to do cloud engineer as well.

Since everyone is saying the field is saturated now with outsourcing etc, is it best to try the Cloud Sys route? What route is the fastest, with remote work and high salary at this point I'll study 10hours a day I need a change man.
