LA was the only time they picked local acts and that only makes sense because it's a worldwide entertainment hub with a ton of rap anthems from relevant legacy acts with worldwide fame

If that's the standard then the ONLY other city that's gonna get that kind of local love is New York City whenever they host one,



Atlanta would be one tier below them and the best they got was Big Boi in 2019, still forced Travis Scott out there cuz he was having a run. if they didn't think ATLANTA had enough to hold it down themselves (which is definitely not true) how do you think they view New Orleans with Wayne being the only mainstream rap legend and not really known for giving the craziest performance live?
