Liquid heroin is just a “buzz word” not a real thing. Its called that to equate how dangerous it is.

Lean is codeine and promathazine. Codeine is an opiate from the poppy flower like morphine is. But it is NOT heroin, which comes from morphine and is 100x more powerful.
