Godzilla got busy.
Can’t be no wars when the Hive definitively won. It’s more like Civil War enactments.
Thanks for proving my point.

and lo and behold it's been the worst season to date with the last episode being considered the best of the season
They’ve been focusing on life without Lawrence. He’s not the main character. Shut up & keep watching
I’m obviously in the minority cause I love the new direction.and lo and behold it's been the worst season to date with the last episode being considered the best of the season
Cmon we all saw how trash her relationship was with Lawrence. Neither of them are good for each other. Why would it be dumb for her to go back exactly?
I'm unsure how much planning went into the character development and overall plot development from the season 1 pilot till now, however, it seems like Lawrence's popularity wasn't expected.
'Insecure' seems to be an extension of 'Awkward Black Girl' in a lot of ways and I'd assume that the focus was meant to be Issa, with Molly in tandem.
But Lawrence's arc really resonated with the audience, men in particular and thus, perhaps the creator's vision for the show adjusted?
I really don't know why Lawrence is so popular. Dude was a bum that was forced to get his shyt together when issa switched it up on him.

I can see that but no matter what type of dream I'm pursuing I can't have my gCan you name a more relatable black male character on TV in the last 20 years? Lawrence is a normal dude who was smart, but down on his luck when the show started. He’s easier to relate to than the cool slackers of past tv shows (Eddie/ Theo) and he’s not a super square like a Carlton or Urkel, and he’s not a power fantasy like Stringer/Avon/Ghost.
He's arguably one of the most relatable African-American men to be portrayed on television in recent times.
A lot of men in general, be it consciously or subconsciously get their shyt right because of a woman.

Me nocurrr @Guvnor this season has been on point of life beyond your ex. What happens when life happens and you break up: you move on and keep living. You don’t go Toni Braxton and never breathe again or go full Mario and forget how to breathe.
Issa had to literally pack herself up and stay on her friend-bae couch... drive a Lyft and work a miserable ass job while trying to get herself back on her feet. This season is focusing on the flaws of careers choices in the mid to late 20s and how it effects us beyond it.
