You have to look at whether the aid they receive has the cost/resources of a full scale invasion factored in.
If it doesn’t, then they will need to increase stockpiles for the what’s used in the invasion along with making sure they still have resources left after the invasion.
I don’t think Israel thought they would be doing a full scale invasion anytime soon. They completely underestimated the entire situation.
