Biden authorized multiple war ships to be stationed near by, to make sure no one else can assist Gaza, which is enabling genocide. Multiple nearby countries and nations have called for a ceasefire and to offer humanitarian aid, that Israel is not letting in. These countries cant forcefully move in either because then the US steps in.
The US basically saying Palestine and Israel need to 1vs1, knowing Israel is the bigger and stronger bully, and the rest of the world just needs to allow this to happen. So yes this falls on Biden and this is why a lot of the world is blaming Biden.
