I haven't seen any overall numbers though I see the IDF occasionally talk about sets of militias and leaders they have killed.
Also, when they mention numbered killed, it's rarely broken out which deaths are civilians and which are soldiers which make it harder to know what is going on. If someone has information to the contrary correct me.
I have never ever ever heard at any point in my life that Palestinians "have a right to defend themselves".
Essentially rendering Israel permanently right and the Palestinians permanently in the wrong.
To the point it has become offensive and damn near taboo or illegal to suggest Palestinians should have rights.
