Germany was not more technologically advanced than France, Great Britain and the Soviets at the start of WW2. At the start of the war both the French Char B1 and Soviet T-34 were superior to their German tank counterpart. The British Spitfire was also the superior dog fighter to the German Me09. The reason Hitler gambled on a quick strike through the Ardennes is he knew the Germans couldn’t win a straight up fight against British and French and needed to trap them in Belgium. It was German superior tactics and the fact that nobody wanted to fight another world war is why they had so much success at the start. Everyone assumed France would win to begin with. One of, not the most.
Again, Nazi Germany had the most advanced tech on the planet at the time which was why people were very hesitant on taking them head on and why the world dang near got obliterated fighting their alliance. They almost wiped out Russia and if the weather permitted, probably would've: Russia's population at the time was 100 million. Germany killed/wounded 50 million Russians during that stretch fighting against weather.
The Germans began to surpass the Allies in technology at the end of the war when they were desperate for a miracle weapon. By then it was too late.
