what is there to laugh at?. Obama just said yesterday that it doesn't matter if States don't take in refugees because they can still get in to a state that will except them and there won't be any restrictions on where they go after their refugee status has been given. And all refugees get a passport for what ever country they are accepted in. So what exactly are you laughing out loud about?
