Not just Jordan's athleticism that lead to him being a dominant scorer AND a six time champion. It was his mental toughness, competitiveness, leadership,and sheer will.
There were guys who lead the league in scoring who never won rings. You could say they dominated the league. Look at some of the scoring averages of elite scorers in history.

MJ got a good coach, made his teammates into winners, and figured out how to win and the Bulls won the ring EVERY year he played a full season after that.
