Yes and No.

Wolverine has probably had more teachers and learned various styles, but he's prone to brawling (mainly because his skillset and abilities allow for it AND he likes it). Cap fights smarter but he's really not leagues ahead of Logan in skill and in fact, if they fought, Wolverine would probably beat Cap more often than Cap would beat him. Its really like a 60/40 match in Logan's favor tho.

I typically stay away from fights outside the characters main universe. There is no way in hell black cat should be beating up sabertooth, but a Spider-Man book would make since it nerfed him. Sabertooth doesn’t need to see to fight as his sense are more keen then wolverines who is basically a bloodhound. Plus sabertooth doesn’t bit his opponents that is the first time I’ve ever seen that.

Thing about comics is that status quo changes often and characters get power ups and power downs. That was Sabertooth before he really became the Victor Creed we know and love, lol. Creed these days might solo Spidey, he's way more powerful and better written than he was when he was a simple jobber.

Anytime I’ve seen wolverine being depicted, whether cartoon or live action, it seems like he’s always getting his ass handed to him.

matter of fact, I always assumed that was wolverine’s appeal to everyone: massive shyt talker with no hands, but manages to stay in the fight because his powers allow him.

nah, this was way early after Sabes was basically an Iron Fist villain.

He went from Iron Fist bad guy to this Spiderman stuff to being what we know him as today in X-Men

This is actually the rematch. An issue before this, Black Cat beat Sabes and made him run off into the sewers

Batman is also known to have mastered every martial arts in the world, and was mentioned to be the greatest living martial artist. It’s also a matter of consistency. I think Batman is skillfully better than Deathstroke, but seen Slade wash him. Batman washed him back as well. This is the problem with Verses, it depends on the writer. The winner constantly varies.

Logan vs Cap won’t be an easy fight, but my vote is for Cap.
