The mother kept agitating the girl unfortunately. A lot of what the daughter was saying was out of hurt. But she was referencing the mother complaining about not having a man in her life or a 2 parent household. Sounded pretty genuine.
Maybe it's because I actually work with the youth but they all made the situation much worse than it had to be. Someone needed to just spend a bit more time letting her energy drop and keeping the mother away and shutting the fukk up.
She's agitated. We all say crazy shyt especially if the agitation is high. There was a point where she stopped talking the crazy shyt and was much more reasonable but when she was leaving the mother kept arguing with her taunting her.
The grandfather was useless here unfortunately. I've dealt with grandfather's like him before.
The break from the tears to say "shut the fukk up white bytch" at the 24 min mark had me

Shes not a single mother yet...that's a positive. If she gets a good mentor she can grow from this. Someone who tells her she ain't on shyt but doesn't hold this shyt against her.

I remember that big ass thread about 40+ single career women going the sperm donor route. The delusion to think having money is the main resource needed to raise a child is absurd.
People see Eboni K Williams choosing to be a single parent and think she’s living the dream. Parenting has always meant to be a job for two.
You need balance everywhere in life. And without balance, you have chaos due to a lack of order just like in the video.
I’m not saying every male is a ‘man’ and is worthy of being a dad but damn, at least give your child a fighting chance. Once they reach their teenage years, they need a strong masculine presence to rear them in.

Love the way the cops are trying to handle it… (only in beginning, vid long af).
She’s a child that has never had a disciplinary role model to teach her how to control emotions and actions. Temper tantrums usually get nothing accomplished (especially for men).
Because actions have consequences. These cops were there to diffuse the situation and they tried with kid gloves. There was never anyone tell her she isn’t invincible and your mouth can put you in just as much bullshyt than actions sometimes. At least, no one she believed…

Not gonna lie, the authorities or whoever in this video are annoying as hell and kinda suck at deescalation.

Not once did any of these authorities ask her side of the story. They barely made an attempt to solve the situation.
I'm not saying she's innocent here but it wouldn't end that way, if the cops had any conflict resolution skill AT ALL.

It started good then one guy sounded like he lost his cool and started going word for word or something.
Either way, they initially tried just to get her out the crib. Moms definitely should've stayed out the way but her house.. whatever. Still arguing with the child while cops trying to escort her out isn't the best decision.
Overall, I feel some of the shyt the child was saying was true, but she was being disrespectful to everyone in the house at that point.. even the EMS dude who was literally just there to check on her physical and mental well being. Stop arguing and leave if its like that
Even he got tired of being disrespected and put his foot down like answer these fukking questions so I can tell them I did my job and step out the way and let the police handle this.
