Is there any way to season Chicken meat beyond the skin?

Like the skin be so good but then after that, the chicken meat is 'ehh' unless it deep fried:yeshrug:

I got a lot of different spices, seasoning, and herbs or what have you but usually I'm using like Lousiana Creole Seasoning, Season Salt, Dried Parsley, Adobo Seasoning, Old Bay, Curry, Cajun Seasoning, Rosemary, Cayenne, Cajun Seasoning, Tumeric, oil, and some butter. In no particular order or usage just off the top.

But it's like after the skin the chicken meat is so useless bruhs.
