No.. the only one who can challenge Spider-Man is Batman. They've gone at it for years whether movies or comics or animation.
Burton's Batman films were huge. Spider-Man 2002 was a record setter. Nolan's Batman films went over a billion even then. Now the Spider-Man No Way Home challenging records.

I honestly dont think gen z cares about batman. There hasn’t been a great batman movie since The Dark Knight which is already 14 years old.
The animated series was peak 90’s/early 00’s.
Even the arkham games were popular over 10 years ago already.

The trailer views went insane for the Pattinson joint... Since it's the 1st of the series i wouldn't expect huge huge numbers but it should do well. Also.. the 3rd Nolan movie may have some haters on here but in the real world everyone loves that movie.

Why would it? it's a 1st movie vs. the 3rd of a trilogy that brought in a bunch of old stars. Apples to oranges comparison.

There were parts about rises i loved and a lot of parts that were really bad. A lot of stuff in that movie seemed so cheesy
If it's good it can do so easily. And I'm 99% sure it'll good
