Some folks are trynna low key used Spiderman as a weapon to throw shots at Marvel MCU or act like MCU fans are mad at the success/popularity which I find incredibly weird

Again, they should be commended for how they took what they had and elevated everything else to extremely high levels.

No shot at DC, but if they was in the same situation and say they didn’t have Batman or Superman for whatever reason.

I think it’s fair to say they would’ve never been able to do the same feat with everything else they have at the same level.


We are 13 years in and the MCU (and/or Marvel in general) has introduced about 600+ (And counting) different comic book characters across all their mediums from Movies to ABC to Disney+ to Netflix to Hulu to Freeform to FX


While DC has barely given us 100+ between their movies and CW and Fox in the same amount of time.

Let that sink in for a little

And even in spite of the MCU’s success, none of those characters are even close in popularity as Spider-Man

It’s the one character that they just don’t have and actually need now with Ironman out of the fold and them insisting on not recasting BP.
