Emmy's are for the wire breh, not oscars

2ndly, Denzel isn't the first actor period to miss an oscar for one role and then get it on another role as a do over. Pacino got nothing for playing Michael Corleone or any of his excellent work in the 70s..he didn't get it until Scent of a Woman in 92. Scorsese didn't get a thing for Goodfellas or Raging Bull. didn't get his award until The Departed.

And while I would've loved for Selma to win best picture since i believed it was the best picture last year, even on this board, there were black men and women who didn't feel like it was the best picture. Shyt isn't always racist man, sometimes it just comes down to opinions
