Is there a more one dimensional actor in Hollywood right now then Jason Straham?

The thing is he is literally the same character in every film. It doesn't matter the genre. Denzel strictly stars in drama. But statham is the exact same person no matter what the title of the movie is. At least with Arnold he was a different character (terminator, conan). Same with Stallone (Rambo, Rocky) and Bruce Willis (Mcclain, sixth sense). Statham is always that swamry british a$$hole who on a quest for revenge

i try to make this point with my boys all the time...every movie he is in is the same old shyt.

Don't tell me anyone here enjoyed Crank :usure:

His movies just appeal to the lowest common denominator.
first crank was great for what it is. it didnt try to be pretentious and shyt

second one was so bad tho, it was almost bearable due to the laughs...:russ:

on topic, hes just typecast. his role in lock stock is far from his usual, for example. I dont think hes COMPLETELY one-dimensional like that, hes shown he's not in other films. but he definitely has one role he plays best :manny:
