And you’re right about the pushback to Kobe. Major reason Kobe fans go so hard. Like a local LA media head said, growing up a Kobe Stan not only did you have to constantly defend Kobe, you had to constantly defend yourself for being a Kobe fan in the first place. I know a lot of nikkas who were AI fans that became at TMac fans and then became Bron fans because they didn’t wanna root for Kobe.
