Is there a better gaming trilogy than Mass Effect? If so what is it?

No they’re not, maybe by todays standards but there weren’t any 3rd person shooter rpgs like it when they came out and im still having a hard time thinking of games that do it as well today

Mass effect after the first game was more 3rd person shooter than RPG, and it was average at best as a 3rd person shooter.

Uncharted 1-3 is the only other trilogy on par imo..

Maybe GTAIII, Vice City and San Andreas if that counts

It's still just 3 games in a long running series. It doesn't compare to Mass Effect 1-3 which is a proper trilogy that tells a complete story through 3 games.

mass effect is good for its roleplaying but ass for its gameplay, ill leave it at that. depends on what mood you in. there's many great trilogies so no, I can't call it the undisputed best.

First, Origins isn't part of the trilogy. It wasnt made by Rocksteady.

Secondly, Origins was damned good. Too many people write it off because it wasn't Rocksteady and Hamill and Conroy weren't in it.

The game plays damned good and has the best boss fights and encounters in the Arkhamverse. And Rocksteady borrowed some of the equipment and used it in Knight.

DAI for me destroyed MEA. Better characters, better story, and however folks felt about the gameplay I enjoyed it way more than what MEA had.
